It's ok I guess

The cameras send alot of messages and sensitivity settings dont seem to stop then. Every 2 to 3 minutes phones going off. They only record when they detect something. Subscribe and it still dnt record continuously. And doesn't pick up all the movement like they should

How do you call yourself a security company when a women with no tech experience is pleading for her life and can't get in touch with a live agent. Has anyone ever gotten the B9 to stream over the IP Veiwer Pro on Roku? Do I need extra equipment? These companies need to start asking better questions. Even after I explained I am disabled and Medicare doesn't pay for a home nurse and my dogs can't type could I speak to a live agent. Have these people heard of the ADA?

Love the ones I have had for over a year!! Have bought two more sets of them since and neither will read a QR code, so they are trash and can’t be set up… quite disappointed in products

Good product, my only complaint is that one of the holes wasn’t drilled to anchor it in, but it was not a big deal we just drilled our own hole.

Camera is well made. Sharp picture quality. Fairly easy installation but the screws that come with the cameras strip very easily so be aware of that. Easy to use and view the feed through the app. Will be buying a few more.

The picture quality of the camera is pretty good, although you don't get notifications despite my detection sensitivity being high. If you're looking for a camera to record constantly, then this is definitely not the camera. I have the cloud storage and when you review it most of the footage isn't even there it's very sporadic. It also has good Wi-Fi connection. The night vision isn't that good, it's good enough to see what's out there, but there is a lack of details. The microphone on the camera is unable to pick up any noise in my neighborhood, and from experience with my other cameras I've had it just shows that the quality of this camera is very bad. I like the way it mounts, easier to mount than any other camera I've ever mounted and it's also really easy to adjust I like that. other than that I would not recommend this camera to anyone

I thought this camera was pretty good. Wish it was wireless. Had to install it in the cold weather. The cord could have been a little bit longer. The quality is just like the other camera I have from them. Good starter security camera.

So he wanted to have a camera to keep an eye on the entrances to his unit. He setup both cameras (one on either side of his apartment) and he can keep an eye on both the front and the back door. After over 2 months of use he is very happy with these cameras as he says that they are able to detect people easily, the app works smoothly, both him and his girlfriend can have the app on their phone and get notifications, it is easy to snap pictures of the feed in real time. His camera has done such a good job that his neighbors bought a set too after seeing his. Will report back if he has any issues with them but for now he is obviously quite satisfied!

Camera picture was good no complaints. I will be returning because I’m not happy with the operating system. Cloud doesn’t store all motion detection alerts only some. When I get a motion notification I’m unable to view video it won’t playback it's only shows a screenshot.

I just purchased this outdoor camera to complement the indoor and doorbell cameras I have to keep an eye on my house while I am away. The camera is well made and sturdy. The picture is clear and the setup was a breeze. I was also able to add the camera to my google home setup and was able to view the video through my google home hub, though it was not viewable from the google home app. to view the video on my phone I had to have the Laview app, which was not a problem and easy to setup. I would recommend this camera to anyone looking to add exterior eyes to their smart home setup.

I feel like the wifi communication is majorly delayed. The cameras do not relay sounds motion, the IR vision is way off. Alot of pixel problems!

Well they work just fine as long as you do what it says. Repeat. Do as directed. Night vision not shaby, pic qua like an than eles futher out you gets bit blurry. Easy to install AS LONG AS YOU DO WHAT YOUR TOLD. Had them in the rain and snow. Would by more. Hope this helps

It was incredibly easy to setup. It rains hard a few time so I wasn’t sure how it would hold up but all the rain did not faze this little camera. I really appreciate it. I can see and hear clearly and I can communicate with it to anyone outside. Genius this is really. It records motion detection from human and not animals, like birds and squirrels.

We got quite a few Laview cameras, and we use the same app for all of them, which is quite convenient. These work quite well, great image quality, good motion detection, and great for outdoors as well. We are pretty happy with them and no complaints!

Nuisance animal control was our main reason for the cameras at first. We were able to locate, close with, and destroy many targets of opportunity. Then one night while adjusting the wonderful alarm setting for some much needed R&R, all was quiet when out of nowhere came a hell bop comet, we thought...... It ended up being Musket ghost tracer rounds from the hot damn civil war! All we could do was hit the deck and call the local medium/witch named Margaret the The Snake Snout Roster. She came in hot off a wild showdown at the snake farm and blaspheme the Holy Ghost and poof, the witch only multiplied the the whatever the hell they are. Definitely not dust as was suggested by another security camera review. Now we are hunkered down having a snack of deep fried cinnamon rolls. Damn good too. Watching the war in our backyard via our AWESOME LaView cameras and loving every second of this.

I would pick this camera over others.

I already have the LaView’s Video Doorbell battery-powered so why not try this product to make use of “one ecosystem” smart home products. I really like this device because it does what it is supposed to do. It features motion-detection, sound-detection, and night-vision. My only gripe for this device is in its night-vision “quality”, as some other reviewers had encountered, there’s some kind of halo object when the night-vision is ON. The camera captures the reflection of the lens cover when the night-vision (IR light) is ON, that’s what I just think causes the halo effect. Nonetheless, for the price that this device is sold for, it is bargain. The LaView app is working great for me, easy access to everything. Oh, one tip I will give you is to setup the setting of your WiFi modem/router to at least use WPA2[AES] so that everytime you connect to this camera, the connection is considered “secure” and won’t give you: “failed to use encrypted channel”—something like that.

I've been owned this camera for the last two months and this is my 3rd camera from this brand. Nice quality, works great without any connection issues at all and the have great application. I'm able to connect and watch in real time anytime from anywhere. They also provides cloudsubcription fro only $5.99/month with records for up to 2 weeks and that's awesome.

The only thing that I don’t like about it is that it gives your cell phone away if you’re in the dark it gives off a red light if you’re trying to be secretive about it

I got this camera to get images of all the events in my front yard to include the phantom dog that poops there. My biggest problem with this camera is the delay between when it detects motion and when it takes a picture. My daughter walks from the bus stop and must of the time she doesn't appear on the camera and the sensitivity is on high. Other times the pictures are rapid succession of the shadows in the yard but since there's such a delay in not sure what triggered the camera: the wind, sun, an animal, a bug? I can say the picture quality is good. The images are better when you take it from live feed. I currently do not subscribe to a cloud service and I don't have an sd card installed so I don't know if image capture gets better with those options. I have thought about installing an sd card but I haven't looked around for the maximum size that will work with the camera. I'm still playing with the new toy and it's been fun so far.

Overall great camera and quality of picture. I have two indoor cameras from this company. Very pleased with the product. I like that I’m able to just have one app for all camera. My only dislike is that I can’t move this camera from the app like my other camera from this company.

It does say this product is compatible wit Alexa all over the place, it also says it will connect with your Google home stuff. My whole smart system is Nest and Google home. So yes, it does in the fact it will link up to it, but it really sucks to have to view it in a whole different app vs. the Google home app where my other camera, Nest door bell and Google hub stuff all is. it isn't a huge deal and for the price I can't complain too much because in all other aspects it is a great camera, it has a REALLY clear picture and I love the way you can set what types of motion set it off. I would still recommend this device with that one caveat.

I really wanted a battery-powered camera, so I wouldn't be hamstrung by needing a power source, but I purchased this one due to the price. I've had a good experience with other Laview cameras. That said, I don't think this one is as satisfying as my others, which include indoor cameras and a doorbell camera. The FOV is wide and more fisheyed than I expected. The picture is clear enough during the daytime, but night vision is worse than my other cameras: there's a halo in the middle of the frame and the picture is overall cloudy. That said, this unit is great for the price. Build quality seems good. If it was battery-powered I'd be more willing to endorse it fully, but then it'd probably cost more.

Just hooked up in front of my driveway and it zooms and records with a micro 128 sd card you have to purchase separate. Sends motion detection to you cell phone.I just bought another on for the end of my driveway also. Can't beat the price.This is a high quality camera.

The camera is more reliable than many others. I have tested seven others and this is best by far. It never loses connectivity to the wifi. (2.4ghz only) (If your modem/router only has 5ghz wifi, you can always cable connect an old 2.4ghz wifi router into it and connect to that routers 2.4ghz wifi.) The picture quality is very good up close but facial details are deminished a bit, but still good. Night vision is average. It picks up movement and records every time. The Laview app is great! And you dont need to signup for cloud service at all, unlike most other cameras. A little learning of the features but super reliable. I like the record or photo on demand. At any time you can press record or screenshot a photo. It saves directly to your phone and not just to your cameras micro-sd. You can register many of these cameras to monitor on the app. I have 2 and love being able monitor both on one screen. The camera performed perfectly at 7°f, also through rain and heavy snow.

Love it much cheaper option for a great security camera

This camera is made if the same quality that I have come to expect from LAView over the years. Excellent outdoor camera, easily 1080p standard if not better. Night vision is good, as is motion detection, as it has the upgraded human detection algorithms seen on most newer cameras. For owners of older LAView systems (NVR/IP cameras and LAVIEW One cameras, this camera uses a different App. That was confusing to me at first, bit fine once I realized it. I haven't tried to configure over IP in my LAVIEW NVR. Setup on the app was simple and took about 1 minute.

I love the indoor camera of Lakview security Cameras. I purchased one outdoor camera to try it as well. It works great the night pictures does leave a halo around the image. But the motion sensor shows when someone is pulling up our driveway or a cat is walking across. I love that you don't have to change any of the batteries.

I now have eyes into my garage and I am very pleased with how easy the setup was and how great this camera works, great picture and quality

This product is worth every penny. I have been looking for an outdoor camera that you can hear and talk to people as well and this fits the bill. The picture quality is great and you can zoom in if needed and I love that you can either take a picture or record. The night vision works so well, If someone or something (usually a stray cat) is on my porch in the middle of the night I can clearly see them. The fact that this camera isn't insanely expensive is a huge plus for me. I would totally recommend this to family or friends.

Wish I bought it earlier! I LOVE this camera! I'm very surprised by how well it works with such a low price. The hardest part was the installation but that's because I wasn't sure where exactly I wanted it. I live in a small complex where all of the units are individually owned. A neighbor relative hit my car last week and I wish I had this camera then! Luckily, I was in my garage and heard it happen but with the camera then it would've been very convenient. I like this one so much that I'm probably going to get another one to replace the camera that I have in the garage!

Great product. The thing you need to know, you will need access to an outlet. The way to connect to the camera: wi-fi 2.4ghz. Once you get it connected correctly, it works great. Luckily there is a reset button for you to press for 10sec and you can start over. After I read the instructions and followed up it worked like a charm. The images and videos are great. The build quality appears to be great too. I like the texture of the camera, and it feels very smooth. As long as you have an idea of where and how to install it, can’t beat this camera, especially for this price.

Great camera for the PRICE I needed outdoor cameras because of my ex was harassing & stalking me when I filed a protective order against him. The cops were useless so I bought cameras to record & take proof to court to file charges against him. These cameras are SUPERB!! The picture quality is great even the night vision is clear. The sensor sensitivity is CRAZY sensitive like even bugs could activate the camera all night long but you can adjust the sensor setting. A two-way radio to hear what's going on outside & can talk over the speaker too. I LOVE these cameras, they give me a great sense of security.

This camera is way exceeded my expectations It's been almost a month since I started using it, and it has been really helpful and useful. Didn't have the chance to test the motion detection tho, because I use it indoors and don't really need to. Setup: It’s really easy once you download the "LaView" app available on Android, iOS. You need to create an account, but it's fairly simple, once it is created just pair the camera to the following instructions and you are good to go. Pros: -Easy setup -Local recording -Good quality (full HD) -Excellent night vision Overall, I would give it a 4.5/5 for my specific use case and great quality.

Affordable Camera with Quality Day/Night Video function The security camera is decent, has video of quality both with day and night. The 2-way audio function is very loud and clear. I ordered two of them for my front door and backyard monitoring. I have been using the camera for the last week and it has been very consistent. I did the wireless setup and it got connected with one attempt. The issue I faced was to be able to point the camera to the direction I wanted to monitor. Then I realized that the camera comes with a hexagonal screwdriver. The body of the camera can be adjusted. One can use the tool to unscrew and adjust the camera in any direction depending on your choice. And I got my camera right pointed to the right direction covering a wide-angle/area. One malfunction happens to the Notification. As I turn on the motion detection I keep getting notifications on my iPhone even though there is no one near the camera. Sometimes I would get a vibration alert or a ringtone alert and even constant with both. I have turned off the feature now and reached out for their support email. I hope they get back to me soon. Overall I am very pleased with the camera except for its notification malfunction. I will write a further update once I hear back from the Support.

I have lost tomatoes in the garden and I wanted to install an outdoor camera. After checking the price, I thought it does not worth it for a few tomatoes. It is when I lost a package that I really decided to get one. And, it was great timing because this was on sale! It is easier to install than I thought. I have two front door lights, and one of them is quite unnecessary. , and it is a blessing that this thing can be adjusted to any angle. During the day, it is colored videos. And, it is black and white at night. It also records the sound. I installed an 32GB SD card. It serves the purpose very well so far. Sometimes, it is just fun to watch what is going on in my front yard when I am at work.

I’ve been looking to upgrade my security camera. I had just a cheap camera before. This one is reasonably priced and had good reviews. This one seemed to be the best fit. The app is great. Many of the other cameras had apps that were not good. The app is just as important as the camera itself. I’ve had it up for almost a month now. It works great. The night vision and motion deteciton work well. It's amazing . I’m really pleased with this camera! I plan to try to buy more to cover other areas around our house.

OPENING THIS PRODUCT when i opened the product everything was packaged very nicely that you can place any where near your home to let people know your property is being monitored . Came with all the right pieces to install with ease. Comes with two instruction manuals that were very helpful. PRODUCT QUALITY I have bought other cameras on ebay and have either had a problem with the 3rd party app or the camera itself. IM GLAD TO SAY THIS HAD NEITHER PROBLEM!!! the Laview app works great set up was easy. You can connect multiple cameras at one time and name them what you want. Night vison looks great, You can also speak through the app as well. Which is good onve the AI human detection is triggered you can tell people to get off your property!!! You can add a Sd memory card to it or use Cloud service. Very durable and built well im definitely satistfied.

Works great! Love all the features: night vision, motion sensor, 2 way mic/speaker, ability to put in an SD card for storage or their US cloud server , isn't so bad if you have multiple cameras. One person just has to set up the account and can share with others. Definitely getting another for the backyard so I can yell at my dogs to stop bothering the neighbors lol

Needed an outdoor camera for my garage, and after reviewing most cameras under $50, I decided to go with this one. Cam feels sturdy, very well made and easy to install. I get all the features I need using the LaView app, decent picture quality, AI human detection, night vision and cloud storage. The angle of the view is as wide as I thought it would be. On this price range, I believe its the best bang for the buck you can get. Overall very pleased with this cam.

I got this camera 2 days ago. I immediately unpacked and charged it. It feels very solid and well built. After it was charged, I followed the setup instructions. I downloaded the LaView app, and quickly and easily setup the app. I then added the camera to my WiFi while in the house. It was straight forward and my camera was working. I installed a 32GB SD card in it so it could retain all of the video footage. I tested the AI human detection and it worked great. I also tested night vision and it looked very good. I have it mounted about 25-35 ft from the area I am monitoring. The app is pretty good. I found the best way to view any footage is by going to the Messages then Alarm Messages where you can see the individual video clips each time it detects people. I would buy this again and just might so I can add a few more cameras to monitor all of the wild animals in our backyard.

Well, I've adjusted the camera. I've been using it for more than two weeks. I'm impressed so far. Easy to set, image quality is great day or night, night vision lights work great. Especially its portrait detection function, unlike other cameras, it only sends alarm information when it detects the portrait, which avoids the false. It can receive WiFi signal well, even far away from the router. I would highly recommend the camera.

It’s a very easy camera to set up and install, Once you get the box you scan the QR code on the manual to get the App. Built-in SD card slot. You can go in watch the longer clip from the SD card. I put in a 32 GB micro card and you can also open cloud service. Whenever the light is low it will switch to night mode and you can pick how sensitive the notifications are to your app. Decent cam for the price.

The quality of the photos is amazing... I want to upload a video. The camera can clearly record the scene in front of the camera, even a mosquito. The night vision is also clear and magical. Last night, I turned off the light on the porch to see how it works. It looks like I turned on the light. The portrait detection is more popular. My mobile phone will receive accurate alarm information, so I know someone is coming, I like this very much.

I have bought a LaView indoor camera and I want to purchase an outdoor camera because of how great it works. The camera is great quality, well built & heavy-duty, waterproof, perfect for outdoor use. The images are crisp and even in the dark, it is easy to see things clearly within a certain range. The camera comes in a good build package. Love it!!!

I purchased two of these cameras after researching them. We wanted them for outdoor security by our doors, especially to prevent “Porch Pirates” stealing things. I am really pleased. The cameras were very easy to install and had all the tools and parts I needed to do so. When I connect them up to my WIFI, they engaged right-away utilizing, I downloaded the app "Laview" on my iPhone. It's easy and convenience. I can also share the video to my wife. The first day we had them “live” we had a package delivered on the front porch and we could see it there. The picture is clear during the day and at night and I can look at my house easily when I am not at home.

These cameras are great for our second home which we rent out on short term rentals while not there. The AI human detection sends us an alert on our phones so we know when packages are delivered or guests come and go. I recommend putting in the 128 Gig micro SD card which then allows you to go back in time and see what was going on if you didn’t have time to or we’re busy when an alert came through. The cameras also have a microphone so you can also hear what’s going on and we can make sure there are no loud disturbances or parties going on. The motion detectors can be sensitive to our outdoor lights coming on or birds and snow/rain or snow melt but you can easily turn off motion detection and adjust its sensitivity. You can share the alerts and camera feeds with family or caretakers if they download the app and you send them a share link. Haven’t caught any game animals yet but I think it’s only a matter of time. Overall a great value with lots of features. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Before I bought this product, I was very suspicious, because I had never bought such a thing, but after a few days of owning it, I was able to spend time with this product and all its functions. Great product with affordable prices! Got this camera from Laviewusa about two weeks ago. Mounted it outside the front door so I can see the driveway and the front area of my house. Honostly I was picky about the quality of the product at first since there aren’t many sales and reviews for reference. However, one of my friends uses this brand and they works perfectly these years. I decided to give it a try. My concerns completely disappeared after using them for a couple of weeks. I think it is nice to have them to in my house and monitor it when I am not at home. I have spent much time playing the camera and really love it. For its price is competitive compared with top brands! First, I’ve never imagined that it would be so convenient and simple to install and set it up. The instructions are straight to the point.. I followed the steps in the manual, mounted it and download the application. It just took me 20 minutes to finish the installation and configuration. For an outdoor camera, I guess the power cord is long enough (maybe 15 ft or so). So I don’t have to find a longer cord and run it up to the adapter. That would be annoying. Moreover, the camera has a rotatable bracket so I can adjust the camera angle that I need. After installation, I scanned the QR code in the manual and downloaded the app. It was also easy to connect the camera to the app. Also you need to pay attention to select a 2.4GHz WiFi when linking them instead of 5G.. I can view the live-view in real-time anywhere and anytime on my phone. The description said the resolution is 1080p which is authentic. That’s just enough for home surveillance. the clarity of the video is super clear in the daytime. The built-in infrared light turns on automatically when it goes dark at night, so the image is still good without any additional illumination. I found there is a lot of settings and options for the camera. My favorite one is motion detection. My cellphone would receive a notification when the camera detects movements when I checked out the motion detection alarm. I can adjust the sensitivity of the alarm when I don’t want to get too many false alarms. Sometimes I enable human detection filtering to avoid frequent triggers because my doggy lucky always loves running around the front porch. There are also some practical functions, I think it's a worthy camera. Nicer design, easy use software, good function and stable signal transmission. It is an exceptional security camera to me and would highly recommend them.

Awesome cameras! Worth it! Love love love the camera!!!! Great product. We use them in the house to keep an eye on our almost 2 years old kid. After I read the directions and followed up it worked like a charm. turned them on in 5-10 mins just cuz I was taking my time figuring out all the info. They work amazingly for such cheap price! It provides free storage for a month! I signed a two year contract and use put all my clips on the cloud. Good service with decent price. The images and videos are great. So easy to set up. just plug in, use the app on the phone, follow the instruction, and it’s done. The initial setup and configuration are much easier than the previous camera. the APP is easy to use, the app has a very intuitive interface and easy to learn. The manual is very clear to follow. The voice instructions make the configuration process a breeze. The camera is good for the price and beyond my expectations. and the picture quality was clear, even during the night with the IR function. You can monitor the live feed and also check on the motion activated video feeds. My children think they look strange and new on camera. Because it's in the backyard, the wide Angle feature works great and holds more beyond your vision. It's a designed for families with pets and kids. One outback we got to watch the animals work great. Night vision vision is good, and the camera can be installed in the yard to watch kids and pets playing in the yard. Motion detection is also top notch and has decent 2 way audio. I'm somewhere else in the house and my kids are running amok, I can check on them through the camera. God knows I would feel exhausted watching over them all the time. The two-way intercom feature is so convenient that when the kids are playing in the yard, we can just call them back using the phone. I still could recall how they reacted the first time the camera went off. It was so funny. I am trying to say the large amount it sees is excellent for me although I do wish I could pan like the indoor cameras. Daytime color is vivid and clear. Nighttime is black and white and I see everything clearly with the infra lights. It is amazing. Color vision also works well in low light. I would say the night vision is almost better than the regular Image and we have absolutely no lights outside our building so it is dark.it Seems to Be Great Pixels It connects easily to the app and the other cameras we have inside our house. For the price you can’t beat it. We also love that these make us feel safer inside our home at night. I think it is nice to have them to keep my house safe and monitor my house when I am not at home. Amazing purchase.

This is my third LaView camera. The other two are indoor cameras, work perfectly all the time, when it comes to black Friday, I think maybe it's time to also get an outdoor security camera so I can keep an eye outside of my house. I prefer a wire one instead of battery power up, tried with this one only because it's powered by a cable that you don’t need to worry about the battery life and don’t need to charge it from time to time, it’s too annoying for me. I put this camera under my roof and the black color conceals much better for its placement. The setup is quite simple, I only need to follow the steps from app and the way for connection is the same as my indoor ones. I have no troubles when linking it to my WIFI. What I love the best is it works great with Alexa, compared to the other one from different. With my Echo Show, I simply say "Alexa show me the yard" and few seconds later I would have a live video feed. I could also use my phone, but find it easier on the Echo. The image clarity is good enough, all the things that happened in my yard are captured clearly through the lens. And at the first time, I didn't set it up right and did not turn on IR button, I could barely see nothing during the night. But I found the way out after talked to the customer support agent via live chat, it worked. Also, with the SD card putting into camera, can have video stored continuously with every single moment and can play back. I also see a 30 days free cloud storage, will give it a try. Good value for the price so far.

Love this! So easy to setup!!! To be honest I’m not savvy and not sure whether I can figure them out at 1st. Whatever, I’m gonna try this just because I need a durable camera works sturdily. When I received these cameras, I've just tried following the steps in the instruction. Yes, a helpful and clear instruction is very important and everyone should read it when you don’t know how to get your camera well installed especially that they tell you to use the camera to scan a QR code and keep it distant so it stays its focus! After I plugged it in, downloaded the Laview app, got them connected to the WIFI... Step by step... Done. Within 8 or 10 minutes they were all set. And I found the app also friendly to use, at least it’s nice for me lol. There are many settings for the camera so I can change settings according to my needs. I have created a home and shared cameras with my family. I can see my playback, record the videos... I can also save clips and screenshots from my app’s album to my local album. That’s what I need most--to keep some moments to my phone. And this function of the app is excellent. My experience on this camera so far is great. Worked as advertised. I am still exploring more functions of the cameras and the app. -live view- I saw the cameras could also be viewed on the computer. I just tried to do that. But you know what, it’s kind of difficult to figure out how to connect it to my computer. I occasionally noticed technical support is right there on the app. So, I contacted the support and asked for help, finally...it worked! It’s so nice someone is right there to help. I was confused with where I can scan the QR Code and complete the connection process with my computer. And I was told to use the app to scan. Ops, I did not know it until I was told. Also, you need to select the right "home" in your home management settings in order to find the devices you are connecting. It took me some time to figure out why there were no devices on the site, although I did connect them to my app. Now, I can view the camera and monitor my house anywhere when I am with a phone or a computer. And I found it’s so convenient to control these cameras on my computer. I can view 9 images of cameras on one page at the same time. This is amazing. It surprised me a lot! I am satisfied with the cameras. You would not find a better kind with the price. With the new feature of website access, you will be surprised too. I would be happy to recommend these to anyone who has a little knowledge of this sort of products, and the ability to modify the product as needed. I give them 5 stars as they are very useful and the design is perfect.

Sooo excited to have this camera! Took me some time to get it from the…. Package was alright, nothing broken. I was worried about the installation cuz this is the first time I purchase a camera on Laviewusa. But I got rid of this concern as soon as I read the manual. It was simple to get the device connected to the wifi. I was soooo impressed by the practical functions! The pic shown on the app is GREATTTT!! The color, the video quality,1080P, idk what it is called but anyway, I can see the whole yard on my phone, clearly and wonderfully EVEN when it’s dark. I can hardly believe the night vision which is not as fuzzy as my friends camera. He bought it on amazon. His camera was working alright in the day time but when it comes to the night, ughhhh… It’s just awful, hardly to see anything. But this camera refreshed my views for cameras! I have 2 kids and a pet dog, they usually play in the yard. Kids are naughty, so is the dog. I’m afraid they would break something or disturb my neighbors…Btw a man sneaked around my house. That’s what had my son told me, he’s seen him for couples times while they were playing in the yard. I think the man might want to steal my dog or break into my house cuz for most of the time I stay indoors, it may seem like no one’s at home except for kids and a dog. I hope this camera can record it when that guy comes again so I can call the cops. It says the camera can keep recording with non-stop, so I chose a 128G storage for sd card. I’ve checked the saved videos on my phone. I also subscribed cloud storage, just in case some day a malfunction happens on this card. I don’t want my videos to be deleted anyway. I changed the password of my wifi yesterday and my camera went offline. I’ve tried resetting the camera for over 20 times and still couldn’t get it connected. I turned to the customer service, Eric helped me out. He soon found out the cause and told me to remove my camera from the app and then reset my camera. After I did as what he said, my camera started working again! Thanks to him, you’re excellent! I couldn’t find out where do I remove the camera, honestly I was a bit impatient cuz it suffers resetting the camera Nice product, I’m considering to buy a few more cameras for my family.
