Terms and conditions
- By sharing the video with us, participants grant us permission to upload the video to our TikTok account. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to allow us to use their name, likeness, and the content of their video for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Each participant may upload multiple videos to LaView. But only one (1) prize will be awards to each participant every month. If multiple videos are uploaded, the prize will be determined by the one with highest views.
- Any personal information collected during this campaign will be used solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties.
- The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
- Participants must have a valid TikTok account and follow our TikTok account, @laviewsecurity.
- Participants must be residents of the United States.
- The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of their video reaching 1 million views. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- LaView reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash
- We are not responsible for any technical issues, TikTok platform outages, or other factors that may affect the outcome of the campaign.
- This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with TikTok.
- Offer valid from Oct. 18th 2023 through Dec 31st 2023. . We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without notice.
