Multiple modes to unlock and lock: The door lock provide two approaches to unlock the door, touch screen and smart unlock. For remote access, User can use Bluetooth or the mobile app.
Remote Unlock with Free Mobile App: Connect the gateway with a mobile phone,（Gateway needs to be purchased separately） you can use the APP remotely control the status of the lock, and you will be notified in time. The user can control multiple devices on the APP. For example, you can add the door lock and Laview's camera to APP. (APP can only compatible with Hugolog and LaView's products)
Touch screen: One touch to unlock the lock, and also set the automatic lock-off time on the mobile APP between 10-180 seconds.
Easy Installation + Durable Zinc alloy: Suitable for the door thickness of 35-50mm, door hole diameter of 38/54mm, side distance of bolt 60mm/70mm. It only requires a screwdriver to install in a few minutes. The zinc alloy deadbolt is durable and safe.
Emergency battery backup: If the power runs out, plug in a portable power bank to the micro USB port that is located at the bottom of the lock. Then, you can unlock the door.

After installing the lock in the door, which was easy enough, when I reset the system all it would do was cycle through locking and unlocking for 3 times before stopping in the unlocked position. Could not change the master code without it doing the same thing. The Bluetooth function was nonexistent. The Hugolog app could not find the lock even though my phone was right next to it. Returned the lock.

Excellent choice! I been little skeptic about getting this unfamiliar brand. But It surprised me! Great quality lock! Took me few minutes to understand the pin set up but I got it. The touch screen looks beautiful on my black door.

I installed Hugolog lock at the backdoor. The lock was not too difficult to install. Now i can enter the house when mowing the lawn without having to deal with key. The dial pad is clear and precise with touch. Easy unlock, in, and lock. This itself is making life much easier.

I recently just move to my new house and excited to change my new lock for the front door. I find out this smart lock is totally fits my need. You can use it to connect your phone and very easy to hook it up with your app. Very response with your phone click. Great feel on the passcode surface. Heavy metal duty great quality.

If you are looking for an updated, high-tech locking system, this is definitely worth your consideration. If you follow the directions closely, you can have this installed in no time at all. My only qualm is that as this is a keyless lock, failure to remember the code(s) will leave you locked out. The best way to prevent this is to, of course, make a passcode(s) that you can remember. I would suggest making at least 3 passcodes that you can remember, t least 1 4 digit code and maybe a longer set for the backup codes. I do really like the idea that you can make the codes safer by adding decoy numbers before and after your real code(s), as I am always wary that my keycode will get out. Installing this took hardly any time at all, you just need to replace your current deadbolt and you are good to go.

The only thing I don’t like, is you can’t set it to not lock. I want this feature if I’m going in and out of the door and I would like for it to stay open. Other than that, it looks great and works great!

Sleek and nice looking Item was well packaged. Beautiful black color with shiny within the front panel. I love its simple design and it looks great. The installation is not difficult but it does require some tools and time since you have to pay more attention to some minor details. It failed to work properly in the first place because I installed the thumb turn to a wrong direction. Then I had to reinstall it and got it fixed. Anyway, it works now.

Really smart lock I can easily pair it with my Bluetooth gateway and control the door from anywhere. And I am able to set up different pass codes for family members or temporary users. This makes it convenient if you have a visitor. All records will also show on my phone so I can check who has been to my house, on which day, time, etc. I do not have any doubts about the safety of this lock. I am very happy with this purchase.

The app is free and it is so easy to use. I downloaded the app from Google and was able to pair it to the lock without any issues. The app allows you to lock/unlock the door and set up different codes for your lock. My mother is so happy to have this lock since she no longer has to look everywhere for her keys! You can unlock the door by using the app or a master code. Truly convenient and appliable!

Great Product! Easy to set up and use I purchased this smart lock for my mother’s home since the old one rejects the key to it. This smart lock is a big upgrade of the old lock. It looks very simply but does a lot at the same time. It works with my existing door hole so everything requires the same process of the old lock. I can say this lock is a breeze to install and the dead bolt mechanism is super smooth.

This smart lock is great! It took me about 25 minutes to replace my previous deadbolt and install the new smart lock. It was really easy to install. The app setup was straightforward and works great. The unit is very well made and durable. You can unlock with the keypad or with the app on your phone. I purchased the LaView gateway to go along with the lock. I am now able to lock and unlock the door remotely. No more getting off the couch to unlock the door. It is code protected for unlocking the door. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great lock with great features. The only thing is it is blue tooth, not wifi. Not sure why I would need to unlock with my phone when I am next to the lock. However, one can purchase a gateway and make it wifi. This way lock can be controlled from anywhere.

Installation was easy. I used the deadbolt from my existing schlage lock so installation took only 5 minutes. Love the touch keypad and being able to unlock from the phone. It has auto lock feature which is very useful as well. Overall very happy with the functionality of this lock.

It was really simple to remove my old manual lock to replace with this automatic lock. There was no need to drill any additional holes. The set up was completed through the app; I haven't figured out how to directly from the door. The app doesn't show which person unlocked the door but maybe that's because I set everyone up in the app and not on the lock itself.

I put this lock on my back door because my front door has a one piece handle. Since the kids lock me out sometimes while I’m in the back, the pin code is my new plan “B”. Easy to install and program. I haven’t hooked up any wireless features yet, but for this basic use so far, I’m all in. I’ll probably get another one for the garage door.

This is one of the best thing I have order recently. This lock works great. I can lock it with my phone as well. I am literally in love with this lock as I alway forget my keys and don't need to go back anymore I can just lock it with my phone. This lock is totally worth purchasing. I would recommend to anyone who is shopping around for smart lock. It also looks great on the door the way it is designed. instructions were great to install. Just watch the video and you will know what to do.

Okay, now that I have used these locks on all three of my doors I believe I can write a review. They work fantastic! If you want to connect more than one so you can lock them with your phone from anywhere you'll need to buy a gateway. It's relatively low cost but works great! The locks themselves are well made and dependable. They look pretty classy too.

Very well designed and has a sleek look to it. Metal built which gives it quality feel. Touchscreen is easy to wake up with a single touch. Works with bluetooth or through wifi if separately sold gateway is installed. Has adapters to install in small and big strike pin holes and can be used without the front plate which is what I needed for my door. Drilling a hole is not required.

This smart lock is a total jump to keyless entry. Setup will need to be thorough or else you will find yourself locked out. I like that I can control the lock via the app using Bluetooth and there is a port on the outside to power jump the lock if the batteries die. Some caveats or things that will get you I trouble are if you don’t set up passcodes. I recommend setting up a backup passcode if your app is not working. Installation for me was only difficult because I did not have fresh batteries. Also, I didn’t have a skinny screwdriver long enough to turn the last screw. I like that the unit replaces your deadlock without needing to drill new holes. I was surprised that when I reset the unit, it erased all the passcodes that were created. I thought it was a soft reset because I was trying to connect it to WiFi. Turns out the unit needs an external device for WiFi via a Bluetooth to WiFi adapter. Therefore this smart lock is Bluetooth connection only. There are a lot of setup options including turning on/off beep sounds and auto-lock. Overall, it’s a good install and useful. But it cannot be accessed via internet unless you buy and setup a Bluetooth WiFi box.
