I’ve been using these devices for about a month. The doorbell camera battery used to drain fast, I mean, way too fast. I got touched laview support, realizing that it was the setting issues. I adjusted the sensitivity of the motion detection and, problem solved! The assembly was easy, didn’t take much time for me. The resolution impressed me; everything is clear. I connected it to my Alexa, happy that it was not difficult. This device brings me convenience. Speaking of convenience, I gotta say the lock is awesome. Although I was trapped for a while for the installation, but it’s quite useful! I can unlock it on my phone, and there’s an additional key for emergency. The functions are great and considerate, will purchase again for my family! I’m 100% sure that they will love these devices, beautiful price and nice customer service, I’m in love with it! Both doorbell and lock are working alright. I abandoned the old chime, new chime and doorbell camera refurbished my gate! I was considering to change the lock as well, so I found this hu04 and it seems to be quite popular on the web. So far everything is perfect, will keep in touch with laview support, kinda concerned about the bad reviews above.

I have been terrified for days since I watched a Japanese horror movie. Don’t remember the name but still can imagine the scene that Japanese girl heard somebody knock at her door but with no one outside. OMG this scared the hell out of me! I think I need a doorbell camera to watch over my door. But I think a camera is far not enough for me, so I bought this hu4 lock, now it’s perfect! I feel safe! The lock looks pretty. I love its look, but I’m afraid that my fingerprints will stay on its beautiful surface. The installation was kinda a big work for me. After trying for multiple times, I gave it up and I called my boyfriend. He helped me set it up but we were both stuck in the installation of the lock. I couldn’t understand the book so did my boyfriend. But luckily, we found a video on Youtube and it helped a lot. Great! I’m satisfied.

I’ve checked cameras of many kinds and this doorbell and lock are exactly what I’m looking for! The Doorbell camera has smart look and minimalism design. The chime sounds solid, and it didn’t take much time for me to set it up. I live in an apartment, my life was seriously disturbed by those stupid kids who always hit my old doorbell. This annoying trick had been bothering me for weeks and now I finally can catch them with the the footage! They didn’t play tricked since this new doorbell was installed. I suppose they have also noticed that something is different, so it has been peaceful recently. I’m satisfied with the lock, too. The instruction book seems to be complicated; I tried several times but I just couldn’t make it. Then I talked to Laview support and they sent me a tutorial video. I followed the video and I successfully installed it! Nice camera and nice lock, I like them!

I’m glad I was patient with these 2 laview products. I went insane when I saw the battery dies super-fast. I’m sorry for losing my temper when I was chatting with the agent of tech support, but I did get useful assistance. Also, the installation video helped a lot. Good products!

I spent an hour to recognize each item of the lock. I didn’t what to do. But my wife helped me googled this product and we found many videos of installation. Then things became so much easier. We were doing great with the doorbell, and now no issues popping up. A good purchase.
